Need to file a claim?
Report a claim through the policyholder portal, or contact your agent or the home office. In the case of a loss:
- Give prompt notice to us or your agent, with the date, time, and place of the loss.
- Notify law enforcement if the loss is due to criminal behavior.
- Protect your property from further damage, and keep accurate, separate records of expenses — bills, receipts, and documents proving the value of items replaced.
- Cooperate in settling the claim, including allowing us to inspect damaged property, and forward any legal paperwork related to a claim or suit.
Annual meeting
The annual policyholders’ meeting is held the last Tuesday of March at the City Office Community Room in Park River, ND. All policyholders are welcome and encouraged to attend.
